How do you ensure products stay fresh during shipping?

We use specialized insulated coolers and dry ice or gel packs to maintain the ideal temperature for our perishable meats. Every order is packed to withstand transit times and arrive at your door in peak condition.

When will my order ship?

To ensure maximum freshness, we typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday. This prevents packages from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.

Are your products gluten-free?

Many of our sausages and cold cuts are naturally gluten-free. However, because we handle various ingredients in our facility, we recommend checking the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict international customs regulations regarding meat, we cannot ship outside of the 50 states at this time.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable meat products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution.

How should I store my Schaller & Weber products upon arrival?

All perishable items should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Most of our vacuum-sealed products have a specific 'use by' date on the packaging, but once opened, they should typically be consumed within 3 to 5 days.
