The Truffleist — Truffle Brats
We collaborated with our good friends at The Truffleist to pack our juicy pork brats with rich truffle flavor. Loaded with 2% black winter truffles, the pronounced truffle flavor punches through the palette. You can swap these brats in for any cooked brat recipe but we especially enjoy them with fried potatoes, green apples, and our Düsseldorf Horseradish Mustard.
